Checking in.

Hello BDH Clients!

First of all, we would like to thank you for all your loyalty over the past 13 years.

The last 8 weeks have created different experiences for us all. 
Many different emotions, it has been a rollercoaster ride. 
Let’s hope as we move forward, we will bring a more mindful approach to how we live our daily lives! 

The most valuable advice we can give you, you may already know:

*Eat whole foods - vegetables, fruits, legumes and nuts
*Eat pastured eggs, beef, chicken and enjoy healthy fats and oils
*Reduce all processed and packaged foods
*Get outside, enjoy the morning sun on your skin, exercise outside
*Take big breaks from social media, the news, turn off wifi - especially at night!
*Breathe through your nose as much as possible, your nose is the first part of your immune system 
*Eat small amounts of fermented foods and drinks
*Take extra vitamin C and D3
*Take time for creative work - journal, art, building, crafting, gardening
*Hand write letters to loved ones 

Know that our bodies and nature have amazing healing capabilities. Building a beneficial and strong microbiome in our bodies is so vitally important. Take time for gratitude and wonderment 🤗

The biggest hurdle to re-opening our office is the shortage of PPE, (Personal Protection Equipment - masks, gloves, etc). It may be slow, perhaps end of June? We will follow up when we know more! 

Enjoy the “budding and new growth” of Spring and in the “new way” we will enjoy our future 😍
